1. All anglers must have a current NRA licence.
2. Barbless hooks only.
No nuts to be used.
3. All anglers must use a suitable landing net and unhooking mat, which
must be dipped prior to fishing.

Fish must be returned to the lake as quickly and carefully as possible to
minimise stress or injury.
No fish to be removed from the fishery.
5. No keep nets.
6. No wading or swimming.
7. No more than two rods to be used per angler.
No rod sharing.
8. Rods/lines must not be left in the water unattended.
9. Fishing only in authorised areas.
10. All juniors under 14 years must be accompanied and supervised by an
adult at all times whilst on the premises.
11. Please abide by the country code – keep swims clean and tidy, take
your unused bait and litter home with you.
Respect all flora and fauna and do not trespass on neighbouring
farmland.
12. Strictly no dogs (except guide dogs), guns, fires, radios, barbeques
or alcohol allowed on site.
13. All vehicles to be parked in the area designated for anglers’ cars.
Disabled fishermen – please telephone the Bailiff in advance if
you require assistance with access from the car park.
14. The management reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel any
permits without a refund.
15. Onsite toilet facility must be used.
16. Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated at this fishery.
17. Valley Farm Fishery will not accept responsibility for any accident,
injury, loss or damage to persons or property unless it can be proven that
it has occurred due to the neglect of the management.
